If the exchange is due to a size not working out you can exchange your unworn and undamaged items. You would just have to pay for the return labels (2 total). One label for you to send it back to us and the other label for us to send the new size back to you.

A preorder is when you buy something before production. Once you place a preorder your item is then put into production which can take up to 4-6 weeks. This helps us reduce deadstock and in turn be more sustainable.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.

Yes we do offer international shipping. At checkout enter your address and select Bond And Seek international shipping. The order gets shipped to our international shipping warehouse called Beeyond Shipping in Redondo Beach California then to your address as the end destination. We are not liable for any duties or taxes fees.

After your order is fulfilled you should receive an email with your tracking number attached. It may also be in your spam folder. If you do not receive it please email us at truthforhispeople@gmail.com

ALL preorders are final sale. We don't accept returns/exchanges on any items and this is the same for preorders. There are no exceptions to this as every preorder item is made to order. Once you place your order that size it made just for your order. There aren't extras left. Please read the size guide before ordering or send over a photo of yourself and/or your measurements so we can recommend the best size for you.
